The Vassilakis Estate Early Harvest EVOO is produced exclusively from the family’s own olive groves. Made from the first cold pressing of selected Koroneiki olives, an aromatic late-ripening olive variety, this premium olive oil is a connoisseur’s delight.
Intensely fruity and aromatic, with a pleasant peppery aftertaste, the award-winning Vassilakis Estate EVOO has very low acidity levels of between 0.1% and 0.3%. The lower the acidity, the higher the quality of the olive oil.
